LYRICS:
Arms are empty, but my heart is the same
Love you, Love you with all my heart
I’m only where your heart rests, in final scene you have to leave
When you find the one you desire
But there’s something I’m curious about, I can’t hold it inside my heart
That word that you said to me, it wasn’t my imagination right?
Have you ever really loved me? Like the way I love you?
When we were together, side by side
Just a moment that you felt, deep down we used to love each other
I’d like to remember every breath of our memories together
I can be anything
You and I we are no different, please let me do everything just for you
But there’s something I’m curious about, I can’t hold it inside my heart
That word that you said to me, it wasn’t my imagination right?
Have you ever really loved me? Like the way I love you?
When we were together, side by side
Just a moment that you felt, deep down we used to love each other
I’d like to remember every breath of our memories together
Have you ever really loved me? Like the way I love you?
When we were together, side by side
Just a moment that you felt, deep down we used to love each other
I’d like to remember every breath of our memories together…

They are none other than youtube sensation, Jayesslee!

They were born and raised in Sydney, Australia. They first posted their youtube cover four years ago and now, four years later, they have already completed two tours and staged about 29 shows. They also have over 430,000 subscribers and over 74 million views on their youtube channel! (Isn't that just amazing???) This was something they never imagined would have happened when they posted their first cover four years ago.

I still remember the first time I chanced upon their video on youtube! (And I'm glad I did! :D) It was about 2 - 3 years ago..

Yes, it's this song! Officially missing you. I can never get sick of listening to this. Have you heard of it yet???? If not, please do give it a listen! You won't regret it!!! :D

And now.. their latest cover!

Payphone by Maroon 5!

(Look at how much they've grown! )

They sing really beautifully, don't you think?!

They have really down-to-earth and bubbly personalities and I guess that's one of the reasons why we love them!

I hope they'll stay true to themselves always and keep doing what they love. Looking forward to hearing more of their music and covers! ^^

NDP 2012 Theme Song - Love at First Light

Once again, national day is coming! 9auguest remember? Here is the theme song for 2012. Have a look! ^^

This year theme song was sung by Olivia Ong together with 7 year old Natanya Tan. “Loving Singapore, our home” was this year theme. Despite living overseas, Olivia felt that she could relate to the song. Can you relate to this song too? The lyrics were meaningful and heart-warming. It depicts a sense of belonging and love for the country. The cute little girl, Natanya is super talented! Seven years old performing for an ndp song, can you believe it?

Anyways, i love the chorus! It goes: “I love my city's lively ways, warm sunny days” An enjoyable song to listen to! Do you all like the song like I do? :)

P.s The song was not as catchy as before but hey at least it’s sung by Olivia! Wouldn’t it be difficult for citizens to sing along during national day? I would say that there would definitely be barrier but we can overcome it together by singing it multiple times! Practise makes perfect.

Check our more about ndp @http://www.ndp.org.sg/
here are the lyrics guys! @Fact sheet & Lyrics
